**ATTENTION USA CUSTOMERS:  A Tariff Surcharge will be applied on all orders being shipped into the United States.

This is due to the De Minimus clause that was removed on May 2nd of 2025 meaning all orders entering the United States - including from the Canadian border - will be subject to duties charges regardless of the order value. 

Since our products are produced in China, these products will face significantly high duties charges. 

As the trade situation evolves we will continue to monitor and adapt our policies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select regions, including the United States and countries within Europe.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via reliable international carriers (PostNL Express) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times (typically 8-12 days) will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States and Europe.

 

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

We are a Canadian based company so any orders within Canada will not be subject to any duties charges. 

Attention USA Customers: Effective May 2nd 2025 all shipments entering the United States regardless of order value will be subject to tariffs.  This will be paid at checkout.

Attention UK Customers:  VAT is not applied to the cart total and may be subject to charge upon delivery.  The customer is responsible for covering any additional charges incurred upon delivery. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will be shipped out from our facility on the same day excluding weekends and holidays as our facilities are closed on these days.  All orders placed after this time or days where our facilities are closed will be shipped out the following business day.  There may be additional delays during peak promotional periods such as black Friday. 

Once the shipment has left our facility, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor where is your package. The expected delivery time will vary based on your location. We work to deliver your orders in the fastest time. For the Expedited Shipment option, the delivery window is from 2 to 6 days, and for Express Shipment option, the delivery window is from 1 to 3 days.

Please check your tracking number frequently, since in case our courier provider attempted to deliver the package and you were not home, you will see the notification to pick it up at the nearest post office or arrange a new delivery attempt.  We are not responsible for items subject to theft or missing items once they are delivered so please ensure a safe a secure delivery address.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK SHIPMENT CONSOLIDATION

Orders placed for items that are not in stock along with items in stock in the same order will be held until they can be shipped together in order to save on shipping costs.  For example, if you place an order for an item on pre-order and along with it you add a mousepad to take advantage of the free shipping, then the mouse pad will not ship until the pre-order item and all other items in your order are in stock,

If you would require that the items be sent separately, then we would require that the customer contact us to cancel the original order and place separate orders for the items to be shipped out separately.
